3. Order Fulfillment & Anti-Fraud

To protect against fraudulent orders, high-value hardware items (including flagship GPUs and processors) may require signature upon delivery. We reserve the right to verify billing details with issuing financial institutions prior to shipment.

4. Limitation of Liability

SgecomLLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from user error during custom PC assembly, overclocking beyond manufacturer specifications, or improper component handling.
